This is an All-Inclusive Price except for the following:
Flights: Everyone will be responsible to book their own airfare. The flight information and instructions are below.
Lunches: The tour bus will be stopping at restaurants daily but everyone will be on their own to pay for lunches
Tips: We will collect $250 cash at our orientation meeting on the night that we arrive in Israel. This will cover tips for hotel staff, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses, bus driver, and Israel tour guide)
Price is based on double occupancy –
If traveling alone, you can room with someone else or pay for a single room (extra cost for private room $1300.00 and an additional $600 if you decide to do the Eilat package)
Your passport expiration date must be at least 6 months from the date of our return.
If your passport expires within 90 days of our scheduled return date, Israel will not allow you to enter the country. Please check the expiration date on your passport now and apply for a renewal if it doesn’t meet the requirements.
We do not provide, but strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
BOOKING INFO FOR GROUP FLIGHT:
We will be flying out of JFK (New York City) on a non stop Delta flight as a group. Please book the following flights if you plan on flying over as a group. You can also meet us at the Tel Aviv airport if you plan on flying a different airline.
OUTBOUND FLIGHT: JFK -> TLV DL234 Departing JFK 11:40pm On May 13th arriving in TLV at 5:35pm May 14th
RETURN FLIGHT: TLV -> JFK DL235 Departing TLV 11:55pm on May 21st arriving in JFK at 4:50am on May 22nd

PARTIAL ITINERARY:.
After arriving in Israel, we spend our first two nights at a beautiful hotel near the Mediterranean Sea. We will experience modern day TEL AVIV which we do not typically do on our tours. The following morning we begin the ground portion of our tour by visiting Caeserea by the sea, Mt Carmel, and then traveling through the hills of the Galilee region, staying at a beautiful resort hotel right on the Sea of Galilee. While in the Galilee, we’ll be experience a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and will be visiting amazing sites such as the synagogue in Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes. We will enjoy a night of worship with local Israeli believers.
From the Galilee, we will head to Jerusalem, experiencing many of the amazing sites such as Mt. of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane, City of David, Mt. Zion, Jewish Quarter of Old City, Western Wall, Garden Tomb and many more amazing sites.
If you have any physical disabilities with walking long distances or hiking, please note that a few sites may be difficult to experience fully.

Payment of $300 per-person deposit is non-refundable.
150 Days or more prior to tour: 100% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refunable $300 per-person deposit
120-149 Days prior to tour: 75% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit
60-119 Days prior to tour: 50% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit
30-59 Days prior to tour: 25% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit
0-29 Days prior to tour: 0% of total price paid for tour is refunded
**If for any reason, our trip to Israel cannot take place due to covid related travel restrictions, the trip will be rescheduled for a later date. All of your deposits will transfer to the new date. If you desire to cancel your trip, all funds will be given back except the non-refundable deposit.
