We are so excited to invite you on this incredible Footsteps of Paul tour in Greece with Scott Volk. This is going to be a very special trip as we open up the New Testament and read the writings of Paul and journey where he did.

What to Expect
Join us as we explore the beautiful country of Greece and follow in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul as he journeyed all across the region preaching the Gospel and building up the local Church. On this tour we will visit some of the most iconic locations mentioned in Scripture and learn about the significance of each location.

This is an All-Inclusive Price except for the following:
Food: The tour bus will be stopping at restaurants daily but everyone will be on their own to pay for lunches. Dinners in Mykonos will be on your own.
Tips: We will collect $200 cash per person at our orientation meeting on the night that we arrive in Greece. This will cover tips for hotel staff, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses, bus driver, and tour guide.
Flights: This price does not include your International flights to Greece.

You are welcome to fly any airline of your choice. However, please follow this flight schedule below as closely as possible, arriving IN Athens no later than 7:50AM on 4/19 in order to catch our domestic flight to Thessaloniki that morning as a group. For departure, please schedule your flight out anytime after 10AM on 4/26. Please let us know if you have any questions on this!

ETIAS – Electronic Travel Authorization (expected to be in effect at the end of 2026) is an entry requirement for visa-exempt nationals traveling to any of these 30 European countries. It is linked to a traveller’s passport. It is valid for up to three years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. If you get a new passport, you need to get a new ETIAS travel authorization.
With a valid ETIAS travel authorization, you can enter the territory of these European countries as often as you want for short-term stays - normally for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. However, it does not guarantee entry. When you arrive, a border guard will ask to see your passport and other documents and verify that you meet the entry conditions.

(DAY 1): April 19- ARRIVE ATHENS, GREECE
Arrive at Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”. Meet the group and take domestic flight to Thessaloniki. Upon your morning arrival at Thessaloniki airport, meet your guide and driver and depart for Berea (Acts 17:10-14) where Paul arrived and according to his custom, went to the synagogue and discovered ‘to his pleasant surprise’ that they were "searching the scriptures". We see the Byzantine mosaic in the monument commemorating his preaching (Acts 17:10-11). We will also walk through the Jewish Quarter to visit the historic Synagogue. Transfer to the hotel for check in followed by dinner and overnight stay.
(DAY 2): April 20 – THESSALONIKI – PHILIPPI - KAVALA (NEAPOLIS) – THESSALONIKI
After buffet breakfast at the hotel, we begin our full day excursion along Via Egnatia, the ancient route of the Apostle Paul, through mountain passes and plains to Amphipolis for a short stop to view the Lion statue. We continue to ancient Philippi, where Paul established the first church in Europe (Acts 16:9-33). We see the river where Lydia is said to have been baptized, the ruins of a prison where the Apostle Paul and Sylas had been kept, the Agora, 5th and 6th century Basilica and the Theater. We then continue on a short drive to Kavala (Neapolis), where Paul sailed from Troas (Acts 16:11). At this gateway Paul’s team first set foot in Europe. Return to Thessaloniki in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Thessalonica.
(DAY 3): April 21- THESSALONIKI- ATHENS CITY TOUR (PARTHENON & MARS HILL)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Check out, and transfer to Thessaloniki airport for your domestic flight to Athens. Upon arrival, embark on your full day sightseeing tour of Athens with a visit to the legendary Acropolis. Firstly, we will see the chief jewel of the Acropolis, the Parthenon, the Temple of Wingless Victory, the Propylaea and the Erechtheion with its peerless Porch of Maidens. We continue to Areopagus or Mars’ Hill where the Apostle Paul made his famous “Men of Athens” speech about an ‘Unknown God’. Continue to the hotel for check in. Free time in the afternoon to explore Athens and Plaka on your own & overnight at the hotel in Athens.
(DAY 4): April 22- ATHENS- CORINTH –ATHENS
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. We depart for a drive of just over an hour to the Peloponnese and the site of ancient Corinth, the largest and richest city of Greece in the 3rd century BC. On the way, quick photo stop at the Corinth Canal before continuing to archaeological site and museum of Corinth. Visit the ruins of the city where the Apostle Paul (Acts 18:1-18) worked, including the first century shops, the Agora, the Bema and the temple of Apollo. Free time for lunch on your own before returning to Athens for overnight at the hotel.
(DAY 5): April 23- ATHENS- MYKONOS
Breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Athens Airport or Piraeus port for your flight/ferry to Mykonos. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight at the hotel
(DAY 6): April 24– MYKONOS
Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a 4-hour island tour & remaining of the day Free.
Overnight at the hotel.
(DAY 7): April 25- MYKONOS-ATHENS
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport or port for your flight ferry to Athens. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel in Athens for dinner and overnight stay.
(DAY 8): April 26- DEPARTURE
Check out of hotel and transfer to Athens International airport for your departure flight home. After witnessing a unique visual and historical experience of the Old and New Testament sites in Greece, this Biblical journey in Greece has come to an end. We hope the memories of Greece will bring you back again!
